- GKGlenda Koctar4 days ago5.0This is My HEB! I've appreciated shopping in this store since it opened. Today I was making a 'quick trip' for just a few things. When I found the section for my favorite creamer empty, I asked a team member who was stocking nearby to see if the inventory showed different. He checked and found there was stock, m 8 then opened the dairy door & shouted through the products that he needed a Silk Almond purple. Instantly my creamer hurtled to the front of the display. He retrieved it & gave it to me with a smile. Minutes later, I found the shelves for turkey cranberry salad were empty. A team member in the deli confirmed they were out, and promptly began making the salad. He asked what size I'd like & handed it over! Outstanding service today providing great products was very much appreciated!

The shelves were poorly stocked and looked sloppy, which is not what I’m used to here. To make matters worse, when I got home and opened a pack of Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, I discovered mold on them even though the expiration date was 1/8. That was frustrating and concerning. I’m hoping this was just an off night, because I normally expect much better from H-E-B.
