The cashier, Mason, has HORRIBLE customer service, I don’t expect a whole deep conversation about the meaning of life but he would not speak to the customers, nor the 2 others in front of me in line that I saw. I’m sure it was like that his entire shift. Expected the bagger to do all the basic customer service. (AKA just saying “hi, how are you?”) If you can’t talk to people, don’t work in customer service, simple.

Every single heb I go to everybody is so kind and polite except for this one! Can’t say everyone is, but a few cashiers and two guys from the curbside thing were so rude and sarcastic to me. So disappointed

It's an HEB, it is 5 stars unless there is something wrong with it which I would note.

One of the older-style HEBs. You know, the one where you're finished shopping but now you have to remember where the front of the store is and meander around the deli or whatever. But they had a great produce section. Great seafood section. They don't do the seafood prep that some HEBs do for you, but that's okay.
