- JGJaslyn Guevara4 days ago1.0I went to dessert gallery on 01/09/26 and Alexis was very belittling I came in with one of friends from a walk and I asked if they had a restroom and I saw her whole demeanor change making me feel like I should have known they had one (it’s in the back ) and as I was reading off the flavors to my friend I missed one and she read it out to me with an attitude making me feel like she wanted me to hurry up and pick something but the young man that was working that night was very nice and helpful he brought out our smoothies which I was not expecting and even gave me a new straw when I accidentally dropped mine.

They didn't understand the intent of questions or didn't understand the menu it seems. They didn't prompt when they should've (asked for a specific cookie in the display, recieved one of those cookies but not the design we asked for). The interior doesn't have a comfortable layout either, a result of the cold but slightly dim lighting (it was nighttime when we came) and the cramped store (there was a lot of people!) Its really more of a 2.5 I'm not a huge fan of sweets myself, but apparently it's the best cake and coffee out of every place we've been to.

Atmosphere was very nice though so that will pull me back in the store in the near future.

I am pregnant and out of left field wanted this flavor and which was not what he planned for andthey were able to get it done. It was soooo delicious and well made! Will definitely be looking for another one for my baby shower, but not last minute 🥹🙏❤️Thank you for your beautiful tasty cake!!

I only need a small cake, but I don’t see my favorite cake on the 6-inch cake list?
We make a limited selection of 6-inch cake flavors, but you can always get slices of any flavor you like!
Why won't you write on my vegan cake?
The chocolate we use to write on cakes is not vegan, so we will not put non-vegan writing or decorations on a vegan dessert.
Will you write on my cake with colored frosting?
No, we only write with white chocolate or milk chocolate.
Will my cake be baked the night before I pick it up?
Custom orders are baked within 1-2 days of pickup. Standard menu items are baked fresh every week and kept at 0 degrees, so they stay at peak freshness until we deliver them to the store.
Will you add fresh fruit to my cake?
We have several desserts that are made with fresh fruit in the batter. We do not decorate our desserts with fresh fruit, however, and our stores do not keep fresh fruit on hand.
How do I store my leftover cake?
Cover it with plastic wrap, making sure all the exposed parts are covered. Store leftover cake in the fridge, but keep in mind that some flavors are best at room temp. You can find the storage and serving instructions for each cake on our website.
How long is it safe to keep my cake?
If it’s wrapped well with no exposed edges, it will keep for up to a week in the fridge and up to a month in the freezer.

Please note that our kitchen is neither nut-free nor gluten-free. Our desserts are not meant for individuals who have severe allergy concerns. Please see our Food Allergy Statement.
In our bakery, ingredients are labeled with possible allergens. However, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial products we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice

Why do I have to pay for a plaque? Why can’t you just write on my cake?
Our cakes designs are not smooth on top so we cannot write on an uneven surface. We require a purchase of a plaque, so the writing looks beautiful! The recipient has a delicious, personalized piece of white or dark chocolate to take home with them.
Can I pick up my order before you open?
Sure, but please give us a call before you make the trip to ensure our truck has arrived with your order.
