Meh. The waitress was extremely chatty and seemed very new to serving, much less steakhouse service. She must have asked us 8 times if she could fill our water glass - if it’s empty, yes, fill it. Came by many times without picking up plates we were done with, leaving us with a messy table. Both managers also came by. One was also very chatty and wouldn’t take the hint that it was time to move on. Dinner took 2.5 hours for no good reason. Guy at the next table was wearing a camo baseball hat on a Saturday night. The child in the booth behind us was jumping in his seat, which bounced ours. Went there looking for an upscale, romantic vibe and didn’t find it. Azzuro across the street has better service, better food, and although expensive, it’s less than Del Friscos.

Jenny was phenomenal and so accommodating for our family and I! She was very informative of the menu and potential options we could choose for dinner. I would recommend Jenny for any family espresso with kids — as her smile and customer service was the highlight of our day. Thank you, Jenny!!!

Jenny "from the block" made our Valentine’s Day dinner at Del Frisco’s in The Woodlands absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly friendly, engaging, and genuinely funny. She set the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable evening right away.
The restaurant atmosphere was on point, perfect for Valentine’s Day, and Jenny elevated it even more with her energy and attentiveness. Her knowledge of the menu was excellent, and her meal and dessert recommendations were spot on. Every suggestion she made, from drinks to entrées to dessert, was a hit. The drinks were fantastic, and the food was nothing short of amazing.
What really stood out was how she balanced professionalism with personality. She made us laugh, made us feel taken care of, and never missed a beat when it came to service and timing.
Jenny truly made the night special. If you’re dining at Del Frisco’s in The Woodlands, do yourself a favor and ask for her. You won’t be disappointed.

Ehhh, honestly it was not THAT great. I ordered the ribeye 16oz, it was flavorful but not to die for. We also got the buffalo wings and the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls as our appetizer and they were also good but again, not great. They were flavorful but did not taste like anything special (of course). That goes for everything that we had off the menu. My drink was so sour, I actually can’t remember the name but it started with an R.
Overall, the customer service was great and so was my waitress, even though she was a little loud lol. The seating and lighting was nice and the water tasted very refreshing. Overall, I rated it a three because the food wasn’t worth the cost. I feel that for the same price it would have tasted lovely elsewhere.

I set a reservation for valentine times day. First time trying this place I wrote in comments I just got engaged please give me a great seat. The day of valentine day I got a missing call from the restaurant but they left a voicemail saying my reservation was canceled due to the weather so I called back they said it was a mistake I had no problem with that but when I show up for my reservation for Valentine’s Day we got sat at the bar far away from everything no where near the ball room I would understand if it was a normal day but it’s valentine day and I have a reservation but I got sat like a walk in and I wrote in the comments I just got engaged and you give me a seat at the bar dark with no lights nobody sitting next to us everyone else in the ball room next to whine glass and we in the dark with a greasy menu I just wanted to treated like reservation customer not a walk at a bar and reviews are not my thing but I just had to write a review for this restaurant felt very disrespected wasted my time trusted y’all with a special day
