  My husband and I cannot get enough of Cava. We drive down from Willis occasionally to pick up a few BYO bowls for dinner. We always have a pleasant experience with the staff and the food is always fresh. We decided to drive down for dinner tonight and bring my husbands mom as she is from out of town and never tried or heard of Cava before. She loved it. Fingers crossed that they will pop up a location over by us in Conroe/ Willis soon.

  I usually go with my husband to this location to get our bowls and pitas, but tonight 01/05/26 the service was terrible. The black lady who took the order was like fed up or something, she even almost threw our bowls into bag, we were being kind and patient to her but she had this attitude like if we were bothering her. On the other side the food was terrible, my husband’s bowl had the most dry lamb meatballs ever, and both our bowls had the most harder and toasted lentils you could ever eat, I even ended up hurting my mouth when I ate them, is like if the lentils have been sitting there for a long time. I had to throw my bowl away because it was impossible to eat with the hard lentils. Definitely a waste of money. I don’t think I will go back to this location again.

  Quite possibly the least tidy Cava I’ve visited. The staff were unorganized and low energy, but otherwise polite. Someone dropped their food at the entry prior to our arrival and it was still there when we left, the food prep area was in disarray with a lot of stray food droppings, and the restrooms were in need of cleaning and refreshing of paper items. (The fish was in worse shape than the second).

  Every time we order for pickup, the same thing happens. They give a time when it'll be ready, we show up at that time, they mark the order as complete and ready for pickup, then they proceed to tell us that something in our order still has to be cooked (they apparently ran out of chicken and didn't have any cooked 2 hours before close on a weekend), and then we have to wait around 20-25 minutes past when it's supposed to be ready. To top it off, the order was wrong, again. Genuinely love Cava as a brand, the food is awesome. But this store keeps doing the same thing.
