I was abruptly asked “what can I help you with?” - Alonzo was very polite and helpful but she started the whole experience off in a negative way for everyone, my wife asked me “why is she mad at you?”…. So I just wanted to help…

No one is happy to do their job or at least greet you. Plenty of employees there and every one of them seemed annoyed to take your order even if you’re being nice and friendly. As soon as I sat down everyone is just back to gossiping loud where you can hear them cursing in their conversations. I noticed I was missing bread they forgot to put with my order and I kindly asked for it and got an annoyed look. Drinks are almost never refilled and it’s just not a good location to spend your money. I rather drive further to a different location just to enjoy the experience somewhere else.
