  The food here is quite delicious, though I did find the prices to be a little higher compared to other places. The staff seemed a bit stressed during my visit, which was noticeable. Perhaps they were having a busy day. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with a few minor areas for improvement.

  I visited this location and my only concern was the customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for years, so I understand that it can be challenging at times. When I placed my order, I asked for no dairy. The employee who took my order told me that the person preparing my food would take care of it. However, when I moved down the line, the employee preparing my meal added cheese before I had the chance to mention my request again. When I reminded them that I had asked for no dairy, the response was not very polite. They rolled their eyes and proceeded to remove the cheese from my plate using their gloved hands. While I understand they were wearing gloves, I would have preferred that a new meal be prepared rather than having someone dig through my food. It was off-putting enough that I lost my appetite but I didn’t want to cause a scene. Thankfully, I do not have a dairy allergy. If I did, this situation would have been different. This isn’t a bad location overall, but this experience has made me hesitant to return.

  Tried CAVA for the first time and now I can honestly say I’m a loyal customer. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. From the first bite you can tell the ingredients are high quality and the flavors just hit right. I didn’t have a single complaint about my order, everything was exactly how you want it to be. Super amazing experience overall and I’ll definitely be back again soon!!!

  Stopped in for a late lunch and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the manager, Heather, took care of us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided truly outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

  Customer service is garbage. The lady that waited on me "Tanya" or at least thats the name she gave me. She was so rude and short , no eye contact no smiles she just looked at me when I walked up. I went in at 3:46pm on Tuesday the 10th of February. So people of color please be aware. If I'm going to pay 20 dollars for a bowl I should of at least got a thank you. So sad 😞
