  Wow! Just wow! This was such a great find! First, Izzy, the asst mgr was fantastic! So friendly, attentive and her recommendations were on the money with their coffee and entre, the Soft Chili Scramble was so well prepared. Eggs were perfect, and the 1/2 avocado sprinkled with their spice blend was a blast of flavor & texture. But the addition of the hot chili oil made the dish outstanding! Incredible flavor and their presentation is Michelin 5 Star! Service, atmosphere, food and coffee - TOP TIER all the way! Will be back!

  I absolutely love coming to Bluestone! Every visit feels special. Thank you Morgan! She is full of joy, kindness, and amazing energy. She always welcomes everyone with a big smile and makes the whole experience unforgettable. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and all the employees make it even better. If you haven’t been to Bluestone yet, this is your sign to go!!!

  The coffee was actually good, but everything here is quite pricey. I was really disappointed with the orange order. I paid $18 for what was supposed to be three oranges but only received about five half pieces for each one, definitely not a full three oranges. When I asked the cashier about it, she said, “Yes, for sure, I watched them cutting them.” It also wasn’t listed on the menu, and although she offered to get me oranges, she never mentioned the price or portion beforehand. When we asked to speak with a manager, the cashier said she was the manager but didn’t seem willing to help or address the issue. Overall, the experience was just okay, but I wouldn’t go back.

  Food was decent. Pricing was unfair. Ordered 3 oranges was charged $18. Since it was not an item on their menu we had no way of expecting or comparing the price. They thought it was fair to charge me what the berries cost on their menu. This was not explained nor did I get served the full oranges they cut them into cubes. I tried talking to the manager she’s wasn’t not even willing to discuss the pricing.

  First off, I'm going to say that I usually don't frequent trendy cafés or places that sell fancy coffee. I think that I've been missing something - because I came in hungry and wanting a coffee and a simple healthy-adjacent bite to eat - but I was swayed by Izzy's recommendations to try a couple of house specialties. It's so nice when you encounter waitstaff that is pleasant and interested in getting their customer's something that they'll really like, and she totally hit the mark. The service was even better than the meal, and having Morgan stop by and introduce herself, and check on everything, early on, was a nice touch. The environment was nice and clean, chairs reasonably comfortable, and there were plenty of open tables when I arrived. I was greeted and then seated immediately. The poached eggs were perfect - and there's little that's more disappointing than a poorly poached egg. I definitely recommend stopping in at this location. The fact that the people were so memorable, in a positive way, shows a really well-chosen staff, and that the upper management understands that good food is all over The Woodlands, but truly exemplary service and attention to the customer experience can make all the difference in whether someone comes back or not. I'll be back.
