  Dessert Gallery Bakery & Cafe was a great spot to visit. They have a really good variety of treats to choose from, so there is something for everyone. Everything looked fresh, well made, and very tempting the moment you walk in. It is the kind of place where it is hard to pick just one item because they offer so many good options. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and nicely set up, which made the experience even better. The presentation of the desserts and the overall selection really stood out. It is a great place to stop by when you are craving something sweet or want a place with plenty of choices. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy having a nice variety of desserts and treats to pick from.

  I usually order from here through delivery, but I decided to come inside this time and honestly, the experience was disappointing. When I walked up to the counter, I was still trying to decide what I wanted. Instead of giving me a moment, the employee (a white woman) immediately asked in a rushed tone if I knew what I wanted. It felt like I was being pressured to order quickly, which made the experience uncomfortable right from the start. What made it worse was that she was literally eating while ringing me up right in front of me. That is extremely unprofessional and honestly just unpleasant. It didn’t feel clean or respectful as a customer. Her overall demeanor wasn’t friendly, welcoming, or warm at all. This kind of behavior makes me question the standards being upheld, especially when it comes to cleanliness and professionalism. It’s not a good look, and it definitely takes away from the experience. I’ll be sticking to the other location on Kirby moving forward. Hopefully this location can improve its customer service and professionalism.

  My girls group visited here for a little meet up and it was such a cute shop. Staff was super friendly- thanks Luke and Ariel!! Their lemon blue blueberry is insanely good. It has frozen blueberries inside and was DELISH.

  Ordered delivery this evening at 8:24pm for a slice of Jennifer’s birthday cake slice, funfetti cake slice and French vanilla cake slice. The vanilla cake and frosting were fresh and delicious; however both Jennifer’s birthday cake and funfetti cake slices tasted stale and hard. We could tell they were not fresh and it was an expensive order which is disappointing because we have had it in the past and know how good they are fresh.
