Everything was ready and finished being bagged as I got there, they bagged each meal individually so it was easy to separate at the office. All sauces, napkins, utensils were included in the bags, and not a single person received an incorrect item.

Once the attendant decided to help us we had to repeat the order 4 times. Finally reached the window and were rushed away only to discover they shorted us a sandwich. Another wait till the order was completed. Super busy and totally out of control. I remember having breakfast with my dad at the Dwarf House in the early 60s and Truett stopping by the booth to say hi. His service model has changed a bit. But i have to admit the sandwich is still pretty good.

The tea is never the same, and the fountain drinks are often flat, which shows a lack of attention to quality. The bigger issue is that items are constantly missing from orders. This is now the third time I’ve gotten home and realized an entire meal I paid for was missing. It’s extremely frustrating to drive all the way home only to find out part of your order wasn’t even included. What makes the experience worse is that the managers don’t seem to care to make things right when these issues happen. For a place known for customer service, this has been very disappointing. At this point, I’ll be taking my business to another location, even if that means driving further, because this location clearly doesn’t value consistency or customer satisfaction.
