  Really disgusted and disappointed at the state of the highchair I was given today for a baby. It was COATED in dried, CRUSTY sauces. It was also coated in dust, with crumbs all in the seat. Shameful really. Clean your highchairs.

  **Topgolf (The Colony)** 5 stars I had a great time at this location! Even if you aren't a serious golfer, the atmosphere here is unbeatable for a fun outing. The bays are well-maintained and the climate control keeps things comfortable regardless of the Texas weather. The service was excellent—our server was attentive and kept the drinks and appetizers coming despite it being a busy night. Speaking of food, the menu is way better than your typical "bar food"; the injectable donut holes are a must-try for dessert. It’s a perfect spot for a group hang, a celebration, or just a unique way to spend a few hours being active. Definitely worth the visit!

  Extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Topgolf. This used to be our go-to location, but the experience this time was unacceptable. There was water all over the floor near our bay, creating a serious slipping hazard. Instead of properly cleaning it up, staff just threw down some towels and left it like that for most of our session. It wasn’t until we had about 10 minutes left in our game that they finally decided to mop the area way too late. I personally almost slipped, and even our server lost footing at one point (thankfully, he managed to catch himself). That’s not just inconvenient , it’s dangerous. For a place like Topgolf, safety and basic maintenance should be a priority. Really disappointing experience, and it makes us think twice about coming back.

  We went on Good Friday when school was out. The front desk said it was going to be an hour wait. We decided to leave and grab some lunch while we waited. 20 minutes payer we got a text that our bay was ready. If we knew it was going to be 20 minutes, we would’ve stayed there and grabbed a drink, ordered food and eaten in the bay. We had two children with us, but when we got to the bay, we had to ask for children’s clubs which took another 5-10 minutes before we could start playing. They also didn’t seem staffed to accommodate the volume. We waited about 20 minutes for our drink order to come out. All in all, it was fun, but it didn’t seem crisp from a customer experience perspective.

  We visited Topgolf on Sunday (3/30) and had a mixed experience. The initial wait was about an hour, which we completely understood. We spent that time at the bar enjoying food and drinks, and I will say—the food was fantastic. However, things went downhill once we were called to our bay. When we arrived, there were only 49 minutes left on the gameplay clock. We brought this up to our server, Leah (who was great! thank you!), and she told us we should be able to extend our time. We requested an additional hour, but after speaking with her manager, we were told the bay was already reserved at 3 PM (at this point it was 2:40). This was frustrating because we were seated at a bay they already knew had a reservation less than an hour later. To make matters worse, some of our food didn’t arrive until about 10 minutes before our time was up, forcing my friends to move inside to a random table just to finish eating—even though we had ordered well in advance. So after waiting an hour, we didn’t even get a full hour of gameplay. When we asked about options, we were told getting back in line would mean another two-hour wait. While we did receive a $50 voucher for a future visit, it didn’t fully make up for the experience. At the very least, we felt we should have received a partial discount for not getting the full time we paid for, or been accommodated more reasonably—like being moved closer to the front of the waitlist for another bay. Overall, this was disappointing, especially since we’ve never had an issue like this at any Topgolf before.
