  Our family of three walked in there Sunday around 8 PM. We waited for close to 10 minutes and nobody came to seat us or talk to us. We walked outside to see if they were closed and noticed online. They did not close till 9:30 PM. We walked back in, and again nobody came to sear us. The blonde lady, bartender and other employees could see a standing in there, but nobody would come seat us. After another five minutes, a family walked in behind us and began waiting. And nobody came to sear us. We figured if the front of the house is this bad, the back of the house must be too So we left.

  Bryson delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. He was attentive, personable, and truly anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Bryson’s positive attitude and attention to detail set him apart—he made us feel valued and well taken care of. We look forward to coming back and requesting him again!

  The food was good, as usual. The service was slow for a period where the restaurant wasn't busy. Our server was very good though once he got to us. It took a bit of time to get seated and then served. I would go to this location again as long as time was not a worry.

  I came here this previous Sunday for dinner with a friend. I had a pair of sisters tag teaming our table. I didn't get their names, but I wanted to say they were so very kind in taking care of us. I have a lot of dietary restrictions so my order was plain asparagus and a baked sweet potato, and my friend prefers fish. They didn't shame us for coming to a steakhouse and not ordering steak. I get that a lot these days. Saltgrass is one of the few restaurants I can eat at for the time being and it meant a lot that these young ladies were so understanding. If I am ever in the DFW area I would definitely return to this location.

  KARAH was the BEST SERVER EVER! It’s always a pleasure to have her. She has the guest experience on her sleeve. She’s a gem and a true asset to the Salt Grass Team. We enjoyed every moment we had at this location and she made it happen with her suggestions and guidance. She took our experience to a whole other level. I hope to see her for many years to come - and - of course at another level. She deserves management, corporate leadership or some level of district trainer. You guys have a diamond in the rough. Food, environment and care were fabulous. A++
