  We went there for lunch and had the Beef and Sausage and a Hot Dog. The latter was very good; the former was not good at all. I am not sure why people think the beef here is good unless they are from Chicago and grew up with it.

  The food is decent enough for fast food but with fast casual prices. We had the Italian beef with peppers, Italian beef with cheese, and a bacon cheese burger. Everything was tasty, nothing stood out. The service was fast and friendly.

  Ate here for my first time over the weekend. I’ve been wanting to come for so long! I had the Italian beef sandwich and onion rings with the cheese sauce. Everything was wonderful! Service was fast, easy, and friendly! I can’t wait to go back for more of those onion rings with cheese sauce! It was so good!

  We got ordered a bunch of different stuff. Our favorite were the Chicago style hot dog the cheeseburger and the onion rings. The spicy chicken sandwich, Italian beef sandwich and the fries with cheese sauce was pretty underwhelming. Fries not crispy. The kids didnt even eat them. Beef sandwich didnt have much flavor and was dry. The bread was good though. Chicken sandwich was cut off an anorexic chicken. More breading than meat. There was something that happened there that really made my wife upset and grossed out. The guy that was packing everyone's food was standing there picking off his black nail polish with is opposite figures... and other employees were watching him do it and nobody told him to stop...disgusting! She told the girl at the front and I think she told a manager because when I came to get the food he was wearing a glove.. on one hand.. he also had a full beard. Should be wearing a beard net if he handling everyone's food! Definitely won't be back to this location. They are opening a new one in Frisco soon. Probably give that one a try. And no management came to talk with us.

  I'm only writing this because I'm disappointed in the service and lack of care. They had given me the wrong order last week, which I wasn't too upset about because they gave me free sandwich coupons. Once I came back to use these coupons apparently they have been used and I explained to the manager on short what happened and she just said "yeah there is nothing I can do for you, youre gonna have to pay if you want this food if not we can cancel the order". I paid, got my food and left. Probably won't be back to this location. Not mad at the company itself, just the lack of care and service I received from the staff here after they made a mistake. . .TWICE.
