  I was greeted when walking in and the staff was friendly with me! They had a lot of variety on the menu as well but I went to order a Basic 101 which tasted amazing! I’d say not a bad price for how fresh the taste was, will be coming by again!

  I had a really disappointing experience at Jugo. One of the employees with highlights was extremely rude throughout our visit. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all—when taking our order, she gave us rude looks and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids, just trying to enjoy our time. As we were getting ready to leave and were in the process of putting the chairs back, she suddenly yelled, “Put the chairs back how they were.” We were literally about to do that, so the tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. It’s unfortunate because we visit Grandscape often, but this experience really left a bad impression. We won’t be coming back.

  For eight dollars, I expected it to taste good, but it was completely flavorless. It was like almond milk with pink food coloring. On top of that, when I walked in and said hi, the staff just looked at me and stayed silent. The poor service made the experience even worse.

  I’ve visited Jugo a few times with my family because we love healthier food options. I’m extremely disappointed to say at my last visit o watched them make my smoothie with Great Value (Walmart brand) peanut butter spread. That is NOT real peanut butter. It is instead hydrogenated oil mixed with peanuts and chemical fillers. This is FAR from “health” food. When I saw this, I asked them to cancel my order and purchased a juice instead, but I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back because I don’t know where else they are cutting corners with their ingredients. So disappointing!

  This place lost $100+ in a sale. The service and atmosphere was horrible when walking in we had no greeting, the worker told us she was taking a ten minute break from making smoothies, she also didn't turn around and spoke to us with her back facing us .
