This location was blowing the other The Colony location out of the water but alas, it has fallen too. Between that location making crap food and this one leaving out entire items and it's turned to crap, no more taco bell for me. Y'all literally have the recipe to make money and you refuse to do it.

Use to love coming here because they’re better than the one on main but even Kate night the food sucks. Not fresh. Dry minimal ingredients.. you’re basically paying for shells. Bean burritos come with no cheese no sauce just dry dry beans smh. Customer service is good though .

After messing up my order, I pulled around and went inside only for the line workers to stare at me for 5 minutes and do or say nothing, no greeting or anything. The whole situation was an easy fix, and I understand some of them probably didn’t speak English not knowing I could converse with them in Spanish. But I just set my incorrect order on the counter, walked out and won’t be returning ever again, even though this place is down the street from my work at Cosm and I used to visit quite frequently.

I was having an incredible day until I crossed paths with Selena, the shift manager, around 10 PM this evening. I came through around 10 o’clock to get two chicken quesadillas for myself and my son. I got all the way home, put the kids down (including my husband), and prepared to eat my Taco Bell while enjoying an episode of Stranger Things. When I reached into the bag, it had nothing but 30 packets of Fire sauce just sitting at the bottom of the bag, looking crazy because there was nothing to eat them with.
I asked my son if he ate the chicken quesadillas, and he said no. He then informed me there was only one in the bag — and he ate it anyway, despite knowing I might go hungry that night.
So I called Taco Bell and explained what happened. The guy on the phone told me I could come back in for a remake or a refund, but that they couldn’t do a refund over the phone. No real apology for the inconvenience.
I put on my bathrobe, wrapped my head in a leopard-print scarf (looking like a hot mess), jumped in my truck, and drove back to Taco Bell. At the drive-through speaker, I had to repeat the entire story again. The shift manager asked if I wanted them to remake it. Obviously.
I waited, got the quesadilla, but still didn’t receive any apology for having to drive all the way back. So I asked Selena for a complimentary bag of cinnamon twists. Might as well. She told me no — I’d have to pay for them.
Fine. I then asked for a refund for the quesadilla. Honestly, I wanted the quesadilla, but I felt like inconveniencing them the way they inconvenienced me. She made the guy working process the refund because she was clearly irritated that I even asked.
I then asked for the general manager’s name and number. Selena told him they couldn’t give me that information. I asked for a customer service number. Again, she said they couldn’t give me that. I asked if there was a number posted somewhere in the store. Eventually, she told him to give me a number — which I later found out was an internal employee number. Thankfully, I had the store number because I was smart enough to ask when I realized they were BS-ing me
All of this to say: Y’all might want to pay her more, because she was acting like those cinnamon twists were going to come directly out of her paycheck. And if she wasn’t willing to come two dollars off of it to right the wrong of her for getting my damn quesadilla, then she must really be hurting for the money. What a grinch.
