I called and spoke with Celina (Manager) who graciously apologized, replaced the order, and celebrated me as a “regular” by giving me a certificate for free food! What a blessing. Thank you for your exceptional customer service! Not looking for perfection but accountability, acknowledgement of issue, and a willingness to solve the problem. She did all three! 🙂

Anyways, this general manager was so kind and patient when I was ordering and gave supplemental options for what I wanted. He gave me the fatest grilled cheese burrito. I just wanted to try the flaming hots grilled cheese burrito but they already took it off the menu. SAD!!! He ended up making it happen since they still had the flaming hots in the restaurant. 10/10 burrito btw. And like what a great man for making my craving come true.
