  I kept telling the kid with the braids I wanted whole wheat bread and he insisted on giving me white. I threw it away since I am diabetic. He had a bad attitude. I refused to make a scene. I don't think he should be servicing if he cannot listen or speak to be heard.

  It took 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. They were messed up the first time around, waited 20 more minutes for them to serve the same incorrect sandwich again

  Order the food on the app while I’m in the store and said ready for pick up they did not start make order until I asked about it I have been here over 30min waiting

  Well to get straight to the point, I walked up and their was someone on the line, and pretty much ignored me, the employee was busy making their lunch which is ironic cause I was hungry as well. They ignored me and called for their coworker, never showed up. So I left, the empty subway 🙃

  Had a wonderful experience from one man here at this location wearing glasses with black hair. It was quite busy that day and he was the only one on his side while 6 people where on the other side. After making some playful banter (which we enjoyed)about he was the only one on his side his manager finally came over once we where gone. Only complaint i have is that he was the only one while 6 people where on the other line and 2 guys where just standing in the door way headed to the back room with their arms crossed. This man was very helpful and deserves a lot of recognition but please make sure you space out your employees better.
