What made things worse was when I mentioned that I had a gift card and he sighed loudly and said, “let me get my manager,” in a dismissive way. It made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. I hope management addresses this, as we’ve always enjoyed Saltgrass in the past, but this visit left a really poor impression.

He said I’ll check on the price, brought the check back no change or explanation or price reduction. It would not have been so frustrating if the Tenderloin would have tasted like one. I don’t know about you but when I see Tenderloin I think Filet Mignon?? At least 6 bits were chewy unfit to eat! I guess bits/tips should be identified as scraps. I experienced something similar at your Tulsa location when it first opened. I WIILL NOT be back to any of your stores. Crappy food!!!
