Then tells me you’re supposed to tell me before that you want the lids covered. I told her when someone asks for a drink carrier it’s pretty common sense to put the lid covers on it and she said I’m sorry you feel that way. Everyone that the colony location needs to retake flow tests this is disgraceful.. Both times I’ve come to this location the staff has been rude (particularly the blonde girl that took might order) as well as do not make your drink properly. Don’t spring for anything extra because they will charge you and still not include it in your drink. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BLENDED DRINK HERE it’s a waste of your money you will just get ice chunks. So much for my $11 drink I had to throw away. Will only ever go to Lebanon.

They gave me a cup so full of ice I couldn’t get the straw through to the bottom of the cup. There was half the amount of liquid in the drink compared to normal, largely due to the sheer amount of ice in the cup. It felt like they were almost out of cold brew and just filled the cup up with ice to hide it. If you’re almost out of something, let me know and I’ll ask for something else! I don’t wanna pay $8 with tip for ice.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
