  The teenage angst in this place needs to go. The staff absolutely ruins it for me and, if you look at the other reviews, for many others. They need to clean house and get in people who would appreciate the job rather than these indignant teens.

  The employees act like you're an inconvenience if you order inside. Took me 5 minutes to order a single donut because none of the staff wanted to stop and take my order. All of them avoid eye contact until they can't ignore you anymore.

  1. Say hello in the drive through. Then take a breath while people order, instead of cutting them off because you think you know best. Give me the total before I drive up, don't talk to a customer like a child because you're too lazy to do that. 2. Say hello at the window and repeat the total. Take my credit card and run it yourself. Tipping workers who aren't servers is ridiculous, and throwing a machine at me to add a tip made me laugh. You don't even try to earn it. 3. Wipe cups down, and if you can't do that, don't be shitty to people who ask for a napkin. "I got it" she said, while stuffing napkins in the bag, so I said "I need one to wipe the cup". That's literally ALL she said to me at the window. 4. I said thank you. She said nothing. Her coworkers were gathering around the window like I'm a problem? Because I asked for a napkin? It's like they like drama, I guess. So I said "you're welcome!" and this literal child says WHAT like she's going to come through the window? Grow up. Dunkin, my kids are grown. No one needs teenage attitude while SPENDING MONEY AT YOUR STORE on the way to work. I'll never be back. Every damn time it's something. This is like my fifth review. Bring back the "my love" lady, she seems to be the only one who gives a crap. Kids: I've been in customer service over 35 years. Hello and thank you it's all it takes. That's it, to not be a crap experience.
