When I called the store, I was placed on hold for six minutes before anyone answered. I then spoke with Xavier, who was polite but clearly overwhelmed and unable to understand the issue. I had to repeat the missing items twice, only to be met with long silences and repeated questions — including being asked for my address and then, unbelievably, my name again at the end of the call. He informed me that replacements would take over an hour to arrive — completely unacceptable when we’re hosting a Halloween party and no longer have enough food for our guests. This experience reflects poorly not only on the store but on Domino’s as a brand. I strongly suggest reviewing this franchise’s operations and customer service standards. This was an absolute failure in execution and accountability. Please contact me to confirm how this will be resolved.
