  We waited almost 25 minutes for two French fries basket and the floor had trash on it and the table behind us was not cleaned and only waiting for ten minutes pay for our order no one was at the cash register

  We had a small order mix up that was resolved quickly. The standout was Cheryl. She was kind and friendly as she greeted all the customers in the dining area. She hugged a customer who appeared to be having a bad day and offered a beautiful smile. She was a ray of sunshine.

  ordered specific requests due to allergies and also being in flights all day and getting here late we decided to order uber eats to our hotel. although the stickers on our meals had the inputs, what we received didn’t match it. we don’t have a car to drive us back to correct so that’s pretty annoying. i get we ordered at 1 am but we still paying customers for food you choose to work at. very disappointing . i also had my sticker folded in with my spicy mcChicken yumm

  Came to grab a quick bite after work while heading home. Gave my order the cashier seemed nice but did not put my order in correctly. I thought enriching was cool hey home and I be dog. Fries way cold hard ,nuggets was overcooked. To have to drive back to here the thong lady saw me at window kept doing what they were doing. A Hispanic woman that had on a blue shirt could have been in management wasn’t dressed like the stated she was not a manager Dillion in the back was. As I have her back the food I explained what happened she asked for me receipt and took the bag to the bag to the back but before leaving the window she said they had one cook. OK it was only my car and the car on front of me so there was no long line first of all and that’s the excuse you give. Waited for 4 minutes Dillion came to the window which was the same man I saw standing at the end of the line by the front window. He was very nonchalant did not as a manager make I as a paying customer feel no type of way welcomed to where I would want to return. So if this was customer service looks like then they need to revisit what customers look like and mean because apparently this shift is lacking customer service skirts!

  Ordered on the app parked in. Spot then waited for 30+ minutes. When I went inside to get an update the employee used profanity and told me to cancel on the app and wouldn't give food or refund. This ordeal took over 1.5 hours to get either or . This place is insanity ran by incompetent people
