  my disabled sister wanted to order a crunchwrap supreme and the guy on the phone told her to “kill yourself” tbh his mother should have cancelled his subscription to breathing, very upset with the service☹️

  Tried to call for a refund because I put pickup instead of deliver on accident and it says the lines busy. Don't think the line would be busy for half an hour.

  Absolutely terrible. They "cheat the system" by pulling cars out of the drive thru, just so their drive thru counter seems like cars are being pulled out faster than they really are. No utensils, no sauces, no napkins. Food was barely warm to touch, as if it had sat for a while, yet they had me sitting in line (out of the drive thru, so they could cut their time) for over 30 mins waiting for the food.
