  I went there today to buy 6 turkey sandwiches 1 ft long Italian sandwich with 5 meats and one meatball marinara ,everything was going good until the lady start getting confused about the order she was making for me like she didn't understand English which I knew she did, one sandwich had hair in it, They started trying to do people that were behind me instead of finishing the order that I had first and then they start getting the orders all mixed up The lady didn't want to give me my drink that go with my orders cuz I was ordering the family meal with comes with the half of 6 in Subway chips and a drink They put they they toasted the bread till it was so hard you couldn't eat it then I had to go back and tell her I needed to come to my drinks cuz she tried to tell me that I had all my drinks I had only five of them she called the manager and the manager told her to give me my drink by the time all of our food was cold because we had at least a subways sandwiches but like I said because they didn't serve everybody in the order they came it started to become confusing I didn't like the fact that she called the manager and I didn't like the fact when I got where I was going all the food was not hot like we had it toasted and the bread was hard as hell because she over toasted it or she toasted it twice They had to go back and remake the Italian sandwich that I had the footlong and I'll spend over $60 to 70 bucks or more on very disappointed with this order service was a zero And then it got real crowded in there and the lady started trying to slack on the meat that she supposed to put on the sandwich in order to keep from going to the back and putting some on meat in the trays We rent they ran out of onions while making the orders the lady didn't want to go get no onions either it was just a hot mess in there They got the person that was behind me order mixed up with mines I really wish it would have been a better order a better experience as well because I always see Subway on my line and it always say that they have the best stuff and when I got there it was totally unorganized unprofessional and very disrespectful for skipping me to work on somebody's order before they took care of mine They denied me one drink that went with my 6 footlong I was short one bag of chips it was just a hot mess this is my review and I hate to really happen cuz I really like Subway and I hadn't eaten there in years but I thought I just give it another shot The crew that was there tonight is just was awful and they were speaking in Spanish knowing that this is a this is America I don't I don't knock nobody for their language but this is America and when you working in America restaurant and stuff like that you have to speak in English to the people that you serving Now what they say to each other one and one thing but when you talking to a customer you got to speak in English The lady behind me had to start talking in Spanish to tell her what I wanted because she started acting like she was confused cuz she was messing up the orders and she starts talking in Spanish ,and I asked her to speak to me in English, I don't speak Spanish anyway the black lady behind me spoke Spanish ,and she started to talk to the lady to tell her what I was saying , she made me a 5 m Italian sandwich but forgot to ask me what I wanted on it she wrapped it up and gave it to somebody else and started to make me another one but with less ingredients,when I ask her why was she shorting me down on my meat ingredients that went on my Italian five meat Subway , because by then the place was full of customers and instead of going and refilling their trays ,and stuff they were trying to improvise so yeah I wasted a lot of money on a lot of footlongs that had overcooked bread, hair in them, stale in overcooked bread , the soda machine was not properly operating correctly drinks were watery ,only thing that made it a good day for me is that the other customers that came in we're trying to comfort me through it all. And for me that made the atmosphere okay,

  They gave me small scoops of tuna five to be exact. When I asked for extra I was given two small scoops that cost me $4.00 extra. Customer service was great. Subway needs to do better. $16.97 for one sub

  We ordered on line and left special instructions the employees there are rude and hateful we will not go back to this one we will drive to santa fe from now on....this subway sucks big time don't waste your money there
