  The worst now.. any order has to be done online for discount prices that the advertise on storefront windows.. with sign not saying anything about having to order online for those prices .. will not go there ever again .

  I use this location versus others due to their customer service. They are always so friendly, fast, and always go above and beyond for their customer and their service experience. We had ordered pizza and a liter or two once and the driver came back to drop it off to us! (Forgotten and we said thats ok - forget about it!) Then it came to my daughter’s birthday this past week and we were celebrating out of town. What did my girl want but Papa John’s pizza. I knew not to go anywhere else but to our Texas City Papa John’s- and they did not disappoint- once again! I’m never going to knock a place down - especially when they make things right x 10! Long story short — I placed the order early and it was accidentally taken by the driver— they made a fresh new batch of pizzas within minutes and as a surprise…once I had packed up the 4 new ones into the car … Xavier the (district manager I believe) came out with the original order and said - Have a great birthday party! Happy Birthday to your daughter and we apologize ! They took accountability and made it right! I applaud this location and this team! By far, THE BEST!!! Thank you Texas City Papa John’s for always going above and beyond and being the best pizza makers in town!

  I love Papa John's, they've always been great and have given exceptional service. Except for one occasion but it wouldn't warrant for a bad review on the establishment. I had a horrible experience with one of the managers and was not able to make a complaint through their website. The issue wasn't even a big deal to begin with until the manager behaved disrespectfully. Door dash had sent out a driver who had taken about an hour to get our food and ended up canceling his delivery because we then had another driver picking up the food. We called Papa John's and explained what happened and if our food was done. He said the food was given out even though Door dash said my new driver was on the way. All in all they gave my food to the wrong driver and I didnt get my food. When I told him this he said that wasn't true even though he stated they have to remake my food. I also said they should've confirmed with the order number and he said they dont do that and that they've never confirmed this way (which lead to this issue). I again corrected him and he just hung up on me. I came to the store and he said he had quit and that someone else was going to "deal" with me. He continued making pizzas and calling people while not washing his hands to go back to making orders. We were compensated thankfully by the manager who stepped in (props to him btw) and got our food 3 hours after we ordered it 😀. Still love Papa John's, just hope that guy isnt working there anymore. I heard him say he was only leaving for the shift even though he told us he quit.
