- SGSkye GodoyApr 2, 20261.0I came through around 11pm, on 4-1-2026. The lady who had took forever to get on the headset, was also very much in a rush and rude over the menu when speaking to me. But it was fine, people have bad days i get it. But when I got to the window she was just plain rude, shoving the food and drink at me, and basically threw my card back at me shutting the window. I work as assistant manager at a fast food, and the customer service at this location has just gone completely down hill!!! The cashier name that was on the receipt is Kezhanne, she has an attitude and really poor customer service. When she spoke is was just rude, and plain, no friendliness, I honestly cant believe i even tried to get a part time job here, im glad I didnt, because I wouldn't be able to work with coworkers who treat people that way. I get fast food isnt the best job, but its your job regardless, so get it together. Also, no sauce was put in the bag at all.

Not a big deal right went back to thw counter and stood there for several minutes while6 employees worked preparing food for drive in all of which made eye contact with me then totally ignored me. I waited patiently for a few more minutes. At that point it was clear no one was coming to help me so started saying excuse me finally one of them very hesitantly came over and got me a cup. The staff seemed very hard working to make their fmdrive through numbers but had no desire to take care of a customer that wasn't being supported by metrics...
