  Quality and portion size is NOT the same as other locations. Service is absolutely disrespectful. Especially when the order is wrong, the staff does not like being told and is not motivated to fix the issue. There is a lot of rolling eyes and bad attitudes. Then, you don't want to say anything else, fearing they will spit in your food. Will not eat here again until more qualified staff is hired. If you are a district manager reading this, please re-iterate to your staff that they are paid by the customers and should be more accommodating and respectful.

  The quality of the lunch meat was almost cafeteria quality. My Italiano sandwich meat had so many gristles. Prices are to high to have low quality meat.

  Stopped at this location on our way home from Missouri we put our orders in online so we could get in eat and get back on the road. We sit my name is called I go up and they made me the wrong size salad. I gave the guy my name and he says yes this is yours. I ordered a whole salad dressing on the side they tried giving me a half salad with dressing in the salad. I tried telling him but he kept insisting that was mine I ask for extra dressing take the salad and go sit down thinking maybe this location puts their whole salads in the small bowls. They call my husband's name he goes up comes back with the same salad but in a large bowl and soup no dressing. We looked at both salads and they both had the exact same amount just different bowls. At this point we're over it and wasting time so I go up and ask for dressing because they didn't give him any the guy rolled his eyes, the girl with the headset turned around and was staring at me like she had something to say and the girl at the end was also just staring. They give me 2 dressings and I go back to the table we start eating and realized both salads have missing ingredients at this point we weren't going to keep dealing with the employees so we finished and left. I understand the location is newly opened but that is not an excuse for crappy customer service, incomplete and wrong orders and the lack of professional attitudes. This will be a location we will never revisit.
