- AAAJ A1 day ago3.0Came in ordered via automated machine things went well until I recived .y order. I took it and sat down only to realize my drink cup wasn't on the trey. Not a big deal right went back to thw counter and stood there for several minutes while6 employees worked preparing food for drive in all of which made eye contact with me then totally ignored me. I waited patiently for a few more minutes. At that point it was clear no one was coming to help me so started saying excuse me finally one of them very hesitantly came over and got me a cup. The staff seemed very hard working to make their fmdrive through numbers but had no desire to take care of a customer that wasn't being supported by metrics...
