  Waited at the window for 20 minutes after placing order, no one ever took payment, came to the window or anything. Absolutely worst customer service and subway in area.

  Servers were in a sour mood. Lettuce was half brown. A cup of tap water costs $2.95.... Being unfriendly with low quality food and absurd drink charges is no way to run a restaurant.

  Beware that if you want waer, this Subway will charge you for a beverage. After I asked for water and saw the charge on my receipt, I returned to the counter and pointed out that they'd charged me for a beverage. The response: "Oh, we don't have water cups." What a lame explanation. While charging beverage price for water is non-standard at restaurants, I could live with the policy if they had simply informed me in advance and given me the opportunity to decline the water. Instead, no warning beforehand and no empathy afterwards. This is not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but I suspect this incident reflects the restaurant's overall concern about customer satisfaction.

  This is the cleanest Subway in town. HOWEVER, waiting in the drive thru line for an advance in-app order for 18 minutes is ridiculous. For clarification I placed the order at 11:56am for pick up at 12:40, I got in line at 12:40 and didn’t get my meal until 12:58. My order was a foot long all American sub, 2cookies, one small Pepsi. It was almost handed to me correctly, but I had to ask for the right drink after being told I don’t have one. Moral of the story, DON’T go to this location if you’re on a time limit.

  Came thirsty, left thirsty. This subway doesn’t offer water. I bought an outlaw. One bell pepper strip, and cashier Hesitated when I asked for a few onions after it was toasted. She asked if I was dining in I said yes. Asked wanted a drink. I asked for a cup of water, she said we don’t do that here. Would you like to buy a soda? Turns out there’s no water option. Two pitures of tea are made routinely, but no free water or vegetables for sandwiches… I frequent this subway to go often and hope they’ll offer a cup of water and let me know so I can update this review…. It’s 97* outside and “feels like 108” too hot to not offer water in texarkana, and what’s worse is the business has scripted a soda upscale because I could tell there was hesitation… Just put a water dispenser and fill it in the back….
