Absolutely ridiculous- they obviously don't value their customers time or satisfaction. Multiple times I have called only to be put on hold and you can see the hold time in the picture- they are not that busy on a Wednesday night at 9:15. Now watch them give a generic response asking me to call them so they can "make it right"
