    It was our first time eating at Newks. I had the French dip which was delicious! My son got a pepperoni pizza and loved it as well. Its a nice little eatery with a ton of options. Excited to try something new next time I visit.

    Called an order in to pickup. Was ready a couple of minutes early. We were greeted by the preparer as she put the order up for pickup. Food quality and taste was outstanding.

    The manager Johnathon C. is horrible! He treated one of the customers horribly and literally harassed a young man. Yelling, threatening and using profanity that you wouldn’t want your kids to hear. When the young man was trying to leave the situation, Johnathon followed him out to his car continuing on yelling and harassing him. No one should ever be treated that way, ESPECIALLY when you’re supposedly a “manager” to a business. Very unprofessional and very alarming on what kind of people Newks is hiring these days.

    I made a mistake on my order, completely my fault, and they substituted the whole sandwich, no questions asked, and made it my way for free. Extremely friendly people and delicious food.
