- NMnilcri masseyDec 16, 20251.0I’m writing this in hopes that management will take notice. I have repeatedly experienced poor customer service at this location’s drive-thru. From taking the order, to processing payment, to handing out the food, there is little to no greeting, courtesy, or basic friendliness. The staff do not acknowledge customers in a welcoming manner, and there is no effort to smile or communicate respectfully. This has occurred multiple times, usually after my work shift when I order a breakfast meal. Consistency in customer service is important, and unfortunately this location has consistently failed to meet that standard. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional training to improve the customer experience.
