  My wife had a doctor's appointment in Shreveport today so we decided to run by McDonald's for breakfast. After messing the order up and giving us the wrong food, or leaving food out of the bag, three times the, I guess, manager snatched up the receipt, very rudely just said pull up and then turned around and went to bitching about these people and things of that nature. We pulled up and sat there for nearly 15 minutes before I finally got so pissed off I just had to leave because, like I said, we had to make a doctor's appointment in Shreveport that morning. It basically came down to the fact that all I did was wind up pissed off, no food and late to the doctor's appointment. The two girls at the window were extremely nice, the manager, not so much.

  On the rare occasion that I get out of my house I stop McDonalds. My favorite is a large Vanilla Ice coffee. I always taste it before I leave because sometimes it tastes awful. When I ask for more syrup they want to know if I paid for extra syrup? I feel like maybe you didn’t provide the right amount of pumps to begin with and stop harassing me over syrup. Yesterday, was one of those times when I needed more syrup. I was given a cup with maybe a TBSP at most of syrup if not less, as if, “here take it and like it”. Why be rude and give me a hard time about syrup. I just want a DELICIOUS coffee!! I was so furious I took a picture of the sign on the door of how to contact corporate.

  I sat and watched an employee by the name of Roger pick bacon up off of a plate that Everybody gets their pancakes on, take a bite of the bacon and put the other piece that he bit off of back onto the plate of bacon, then proceeded to put that piece of bacon on somebody’s chicken sandwich And served that chicken sandwich with half eaten bacon on it then the manager, Mrs. corn was sitting in the dining room eating and another employee came in and asked for his W-2. She got up, walked through the kitchen. Wow she was eating with food in her hand. This made me absolutely disgusted, and I personally ended up throwing up. Knowing that some stranger got bacon that had been eaten on by an employee on top of all that when everybody’s eating it took 29 minutes for me to get a quarter pounder with cheese the question is what would Raycroft think about this whole situation? That’s what I wanna know.

  This location sucks every time. Food stale, customer service sucks. Won’t be going back again.
