Go elsewhere. This location has repeatedly demonstrated that they cannot fulfill orders correctly, nor do they seem interested in improving. Expect long waits, mistakes, and zero ownership. Your time and money are better spent at a location that respects its customers.

I feel like McDonald’s is starting to run downhill there’s no one ever at the front desk my food took forever, they really need to start hiring people that actually care about their job I know it’s just fast food but it’s hard to be considered fast food when it takes 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger.

Just waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru then got to the order box, waited over 5 minutes, finally said hello 4 times before someone came on the intercom and said, “you need to pull forward.” That was it. When I said I hadn’t ordered anything I got no response (all the while people in the other lane were ordering from there) and after almost 5 more minutes all the lady said was the same thing again—with no details and a very rude tone. And when we were driving off we saw the woman basically yelling at a customer in a very rude tone. Won’t ever be going back to this disrespectful and terribly run McDonald’s. A place that hires and employs people who treat their customers like that and is so disorganized is a place I, my family and my own employees will never go to again.
