Maybe my review will actually go through this way, but everything time I order ranch with my meal I have very rarely actually gotten it, I shouldn't have this happen so often and the app won't let me write feedback which I've tried many times.

I went in for a late breakfast this morning, 12/09/25, and I was treated with a huge friendly smile by a woman, i think she was the manager. I wish I had gotten her name. She did not have to brighten my day with her friendly greeting and smile, but she did. And the store was very clean too.

After what happened today, I will NEVER come back to this location. I come here all the time because it's the closest location to my house. I ordered one simple thing: a large coke. The line was long, and they were taking forever to give customers their orders. I used the app, and told the girl on the intercom my code. I get to the first window and the girl just looks at me without giving me my receipt. I go to the 2nd window for another black lady to ask me what my order was. I told her and showed her my code on my phone. She then leaves the window without saying a single word. Suddenly, the manger (short older white woman) appears at the window looking at me asking what I need. I told her the other lady just left the window without saying anything, but I'd just like my large coke I'd already paid $2.59 for on the app. She just picked something up and looked at it before telling me that she couldn't give me my drink I paid for because I'd ordered it at 4:09pm, and the time was now 4:25pm. Mind you, I've been literally sitting there waiting all of that time because the workers were taking forever, and there were about 5 cars ahead of me. She was blatantly insinuating that I was lying about not receiving my order so that I could get a free drink. I told her I have absolutely no reason to sit up there and lie over $2.59. She kept saying that "the timeframe wasn't adding up". Well, don't have customers sitting in the damn line for 15 freakin minutes!!! She then told me she was going to ask her supervisor about it. At this point, some young black girl appears at the window. I told her what happened and she was smirking the whole time and made my drink. The other white lady then comes back to the window as I'm STILL trying to make some sense out of this extremely unprofessional and idiotic occurrence. She proceeds to say that there are lots of customers who lie about receiving their order just to get something free. NOT my problem or my situation. And this lady literally sees me come there through the drive thru with my 5 year old son all the time!! She gives me a half-baked apology, then I proceed to drive away.......only to take a sip of the drink and find out the other girl who made my drink gave me Dr. Pepper. I then drove around to the front and parked and went in to bring it back. The same older white supervisor is the one who walked up to the counter and I told her that on top of all that just happened, I was given the wrong dam drink. As someone mentioned in another review, this place needs to be shut down! All you can expect at this location is rudeness, unprofessionalism, incorrect orders. I'm calling corporate tomorrow, and I swear I will never set foot at this location ever again in life.
