    After what happened today, I will NEVER come back to this location. I come here all the time because it's the closest location to my house. I ordered one simple thing: a large coke. The line was long, and they were taking forever to give customers their orders. I used the app, and told the girl on the intercom my code. I get to the first window and the girl just looks at me without giving me my receipt. I go to the 2nd window for another black lady to ask me what my order was. I told her and showed her my code on my phone. She then leaves the window without saying a single word. Suddenly, the manger (short older white woman) appears at the window looking at me asking what I need. I told her the other lady just left the window without saying anything, but I'd just like my large coke I'd already paid $2.59 for on the app. She just picked something up and looked at it before telling me that she couldn't give me my drink I paid for because I'd ordered it at 4:09pm, and the time was now 4:25pm. Mind you, I've been literally sitting there waiting all of that time because the workers were taking forever, and there were about 5 cars ahead of me. She was blatantly insinuating that I was lying about not receiving my order so that I could get a free drink. I told her I have absolutely no reason to sit up there and lie over $2.59. She kept saying that "the timeframe wasn't adding up". Well, don't have customers sitting in the damn line for 15 freakin minutes!!! She then told me she was going to ask her supervisor about it. At this point, some young black girl appears at the window. I told her what happened and she was smirking the whole time and made my drink. The other white lady then comes back to the window as I'm STILL trying to make some sense out of this extremely unprofessional and idiotic occurrence. She proceeds to say that there are lots of customers who lie about receiving their order just to get something free. NOT my problem or my situation. And this lady literally sees me come there through the drive thru with my 5 year old son all the time!! She gives me a half-baked apology, then I proceed to drive away.......only to take a sip of the drink and find out the other girl who made my drink gave me Dr. Pepper. I then drove around to the front and parked and went in to bring it back. The same older white supervisor is the one who walked up to the counter and I told her that on top of all that just happened, I was given the wrong dam drink. As someone mentioned in another review, this place needs to be shut down! All you can expect at this location is rudeness, unprofessionalism, incorrect orders. I'm calling corporate tomorrow, and I swear I will never set foot at this location ever again in life.

    Placed an order at the drive thru, but the employee entered it incorrectly causing a back-up while the error was corrected. Pulled up to the pay window. Employee was too busy taking an order to address us with anything other than the amount owed. When asked about the pricing discrepancy when placing our order, she said "I don't know", rolled her eyes and gave a shrug. I pulled forward and picked up the order which was correct. The items we got were fresh, warm and tasted like McDonald's food. As we drove away we discussed why we keep returning to McDonald's. The only reason we arrived at was hope. Hope that one day the order taker at the drive-thru will take your order correctly on the first try, the pay window will be calm and welcoming and the pick-up window employee can keep the window open long enough to quickly hand the order to me before closing the window and walking away. It is always nice if employees know their menus and can carry on an intelligent and fast back & forth conversation.

    The food was cold and my bagel wasn't warm. When I took it bj the lady said that the oven didn't work and I told her she should have told me before I bought it.the bagel was to tuff to eat without warmjng it up then I heard her complaining because I bring it bk

    Think I’ve finally learned my lesson NEVER to stop here for a quick bite to eat, ever again. I pull up to the drive through window and order a large spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal with a MOCHA frappe, and extra ketchup. Firstly, the older lady working the register seemed to be irritated by the other lady working the intercom taking the orders and her inability to send an order back to the pos system in a timely fashion. Due to this I repeat my order back to the lady working the register. So now, both of these ladies have been informed of my order. I pull up to the window to receive said order, only for them to once again, forget the ketchup (as they love to do at this location). They ask me to pull up as I’m now waiting on my frappe. A younger lady comes out with my frappe, except it’s a caramel frappe and not the mocha I had asked for both of which employees forgot to give me a straw to DRINK said frappe. Once I get to my destination and I start digging in the bag, instead of the LARGE fry that came with my meal I was given a small… go figure. I open my “spicy deluxe” only to discover they had given me a regular deluxe. Not a SINGLE aspect of my order came out correct. This seems to be a reoccurring event at this location, except today I’m officially fed up. This place more than deserves to be shut down, at the VERY least they need to clean house and get their current, incompetent staff out of there.
