We were charged for three lattes and received them without sweetener which we had to ask for. They were filled to the brim and spilled in the car when opened to add sweetener. It was a mess for coffees that just weren't as good as the starbucks across the street. Now I have to clean the car and put my pants and jacket in the wash. No thanks.

We had to go to a different location on our road trip and pay again to get the correct beverage with espresso. This seems to be happening a lot, receiving warm milk when ordering coffee. So, essentially we are paying $8 for a cup of warm milk.

He just stood there talking as the line next to me continued to take the orders of the people who were next. I eventually turned off my car. I then witness the car in front of me put their foot on the brake, and the lady in the drivers seat, reached out and squeezed his forearm. When I pulled up to the front of the line, I asked the employee, "Is there any reason why I had to wait for you to finish your conversation before you took my order?" The employee replied "It’s our policy not to cut the customer off." His entire demeanor was so laid back that I was under the impression that he was justifying his long conversation with the female driver. This is unacceptable. 2nd. Two of the employees had dewrags on their head and had a poor appearance.

Strawberry shake was good, hats to mess up. One had a blondie espresso but the bottom was full of coffee grounds. Luckily this isn't our neighborhood 7 Brew.
