  Wow the attitudes are laid-on-heavy here at Chipotle Texarkana next to Sam's Club 😲 All I asked was for the Carnitas meat to match in both the bowls I ordered. The lady wanted to charge me for double meat; however the 2 bowls had different amounts of meat. All I wanted was for them to match in quantity. She eventually caved and dropped a little more in the sparse bowl 😆 Stand firm and demand dat Chipotle meat 💪

  Prices went up but you only get a half of spoon of everything. Shouldn’t you serve the customer a full spoon of whatever they order. Will not dine here again.

  Today we visited Chipotle in Texarkana. The washrooms there were not clean and not in a condition to use, so my friends had to go to Sam’s Club instead. Because of that, they got delayed in traffic while coming back to pick us up. Meanwhile, we were just standing outside and clicking some pictures while waiting. Suddenly, a woman who works there came outside and started shouting at us very rudely, saying “Don’t touch the car! Why are you standing there?” Another person also shouted the same thing. For clarity, we never touched any car we were only standing there and taking pictures. This incident really hurt me. We have stopped at this place many times while traveling to school, and this is the first time something like this has happened. Being shouted at for no reason made me feel anxious, stressed, and very uncomfortable. It felt like we were treated this way just because we are Indian. The way she came running toward us and shouted was very aggressive, and it scared us so much that we didn’t even feel safe to respond. This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. It made me really sad, and I will never opt for Chipotle again.

  Owner has to do a better job when hiring people. The racism towards foreigners are extremely unacceptable. Definitely never going back . The rating being low with only one store in entire Texarkana defines how low are they.

  My friend and I were waiting near the Chipotle parking lot while our other friends were using the restroom at Sam’s Club as the chipotle restroom as shit as their customer service.There was a red Mini Cooper parked beside us. A lady who works as a cashier at Chipotle suddenly came out and started shouting at us, asking what we were doing there. She said, “It’s my car, don’t touch it.” First of all, it’s just a Mini Cooper, and we were not touching or leaning on the car at all. We were simply standing there because the weather was nice and the breeze felt good and I am just clicking pictures for my friend and not definitely with car in.I am Indian and was raised with good manners and values, so I know how to respect other people’s property. Then another lady came and also told us not to lean on or touch the car, even though we weren’t doing anything to it. Listen, if this behavior was because we are Indians, that is not acceptable. If you don’t want people standing near your car, then maybe don’t park it in a public parking lot. You can’t park in a public space and then harass people who are simply standing nearby. Just because you shout doesn’t make you right.
