    Good god. NEVER use the drive through, it's ALWAYS faster to go inside. Every time I've been in the drive through it takes at least 20-30 minutes, not exaggerating. Always check your order before leaving too because they get it wrong frequently. At least it's always clean inside

    The OP, Harley Kinzie, is unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful. If you want good customer service, DON'T GO HERE! Due to Harley's poor customer service skills and obvious poor management skills, it's no wonder that this location has gone to the dogs. Harley yelled at me from the kitchen, after I questioned why each of the 3 people who ordered AFTER me, ALL received their orders b4 me and all I ordered was plain chicken biscuits. Harley yelled "he told you we were waiting on fresh chicken tenders!" I responded "he told you he told me that but only asked if I wanted honey butter on the side." Harley next yelled from the kitchen, "Don't talk to my workers that way, we're getting our butts handed to us!" Then the cashier became irrate and started talking with hand gestures and then snatched his headset off while lamenting loudly something about "not gone disrespectful me!" (He should be sent home to wash his dirty shirt or given a loaner shirt, his shirt was filthy and he's allowed to work around food like this). I replied to Harley that wasn't my fault they were inefficient and that I expected for someone to tell me why I was still waiting over 15 minutes for plain biscuits with a chicken tender as I'd seen 3 of them, Harley included, messing with 2 separate biscuit trays in the 15 minutes that I was waiting. Go down the road to fm 148 location. I also observed Harley's demeanor with a 74 year old senior in which she acted like he was a bother, yet there was a table of 5 seniors enjoying their breakfast at a table. He made small talk as he waited for his order and mentioned the lack of customer service skills he often experiences at this location which told me he was a regular like the table of of other seniors. If Harley doesn't believe that patrons deserve the same respect and consideration, she's in the wrong business!

    Waited 40 min for my order at 11:02pm Waited about 10 different orders come through takeout and drive though after my order. Not to mention the cashier pocketing a dollar from me from short change. What are we doing here? Me and my lady can't even get sautéed onion. It's always crunchy like a dayum chip. Cmon man what we doing??????

    If you’re picking up food you have two options wait for 20 min in the drive through or do curbside and end up having to go inside due to them forgetting something which is really annoying when you have kids in the car also don’t even bother upgrading your sides they don’t fill them up anyway

    This is the most ridiculous place and employees are rude and nasty. I got here in line at 10:50 am cars got in behind me the line didn't move I don't to speaker which I was one car away from for over 10 minutes it was 11:02 I ordered my breakfast which the lady was rude and yelled it's past 11 I said I have been waiting in this line since 10:50 she said well what do you want I said my breakfast she then stated not my problem what are you ordering for lunch I said I don't want lunch and there is no way to get out of this line. It is now 11:14 and I am still stuck because they can't get orders out and there is still 4 cars ahead of me . So now I have wasted my whole break plus am now going to be late because they are so incompetent. I have never seen a ruder place in my life. I am now beyond late. My whole Break has been wasted and I am now 10 minutes late. No drive thru should take 35 minutes to get from speaker to drive up to get nothing. Now I am in trouble at work and hungry. You can't tell me that at 11:02 there was no breakfast food left.. Especially when they know they are not orders filled. 11:26 finally passed the drive thru window the lady couldn't even apologize for the inconvenience
