  i arrived at the drive thru to use my $2.50 breakfast sandwich deal on my McDonald’s app for a “Sausage McGriddle”, the worker asked me if I was going to be using my app today which I said yes then I gave her my code, I then told her that I wanted to use my “$2.50 breakfast sandwich deal for a sausage McGriddle” which I had to repeat to her a second time, she then said something along the lines of e “ um.. I don’t think/know if we have that..” I then told her again what I wanted this time with a more thorough explanation, she then said the same thing again.. paused & a few seconds later added “you said the sausage McGriddle right” to which I said yes, then she replied “ well for the Meal it’s going to be $5” not even mentioning the price for only the sandwich as if I were expected to only want the Meal, especially if I said I wanted to use the deal for just a sandwich, I then told her I’d do the sausage McGriddle sandwich only, & unfortunately had to pay full price.

  Had the best customer service experience at this location! I had been driving forever and had a hungry child being impatient. They were quick and made us laugh. Thank you: Keasia, Yael, Lucia, and Ariana!!!
