- DSDestiny Stevenson2 days ago1.0I got 2 medium drinks a 9-11 blended and a caramilzer , the lady asked me to pay at the window with my card, I pulled to the window she said it willl be $14.07, as I leave I get a notification I spent $17.07 at dutch bros, that's when I realized the girl tipped herself. no one asked me to tip and usually they show you the iPad with what you want to tip, I usually give cash if I do never on my card. it really upset me that she tipped herself with my own money without asking me, I love dutch bros, I go all the time but never really to the one in terrell. If I knew my 2 medium drinks were going be $17 I would have never got them. the other girl working in the back of the store said she was refunding it then the girl who originally told me it was $14 acted as if she didn't do it, I never got my refund. I even showed her the bank statement of how much my order was and she was acting funny about it. I would love my refund back. But I guess I will never get that. Be careful with the terrell dutch bros, they steal your money!

I’ve had to get a refund on some because they can’t do order of head half the time. And just like today, I picked up my banana freeze and all it is is the freeze. They forgot to put the flavoring in it. Save yourself some time and go to any other Dutch Brothers but this one.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
