  I am so extremely disappointed with my BWW experience. I was the only one who preferred BWW over Wingstop in my family of five and this is the reason we had only gotten Wingstop for the last two years. My family and I came back from a camping trip hungry and tired and I was able to finally convince them to get BWW hoping to show them which wing place was superior and everything went wrong 1. Our order was about 30 minutes later than when they said our wings would be ready 2. The woman at the front desk said they were running late because of the fries but when we took a bite they were dry hard and cold. 3. Our order of 40 wings and 20 boneless were all messed up as far as the flavors we chose 4. The boneless wings were rock hard, dry and cold just like the fries which were my youngest daughter’s only request. She quietly stopped eating and had a disappointed look on her face and if you are a father you know how heartbreaking it is to watch the youngest one’s face become upset. It’s unfortunate because I was hoping to show my family a better wing experience but instead I think I’m joining their side and going with Wingstop for our future family meals of wings.

  Came here for dinner. Sat at the bar. Haley was an amazing bartender. Had a good experience

  the bartender thinks she is the host and jumps on the servers for accommodating guests when they dont seat in her section. she gets away with unwanted advances towards woman due to her being female. Just an overall bad vibe from this place.

  Bathrooms were not clean upon arrival, we went to go wash our hands and there was what looked like spit in the sink! Stalls were also not cleaned! Very unpleasant and made me lose my appetite. Please keep those restrooms clean it wasn’t packed so what’s the hold up…employees were in and out of the rr but never was cleaned!! Omgggg

  I came with low expectations but i was immediately was convinced this is THE best yes best wings restaurant ever. We were immediately seated and the appetizers where amazing it was MY first time eating at a wings place willingly and I was blown away friendly staff and great sound track. Recommend chicken parm melt. Photo was the food I had.
