Stood there for 10 minutes before an employee came to find out what I needed. Just horrible service. They all wonder around. Seen most on their phone doing nothing. Seems to be a common thing in Terrell. Horrible employees

- JFJennifer FoleySep 30, 20254.0Went to watch football game w/family. No wait at 4 on a Saturday. Staff did not rush to make us leave, but was kind, checked on us often and let us eat/watch game. We stayed for about 2 1/2 hours. Started with teas all around. Then we got the ultimate appetizer sampler w/pretzels and mozz sticks and the chip trio. Arrived quickly, was hot and fresh. We also got the pick 6 - cheeseburger (it was big), 10 boneless wings, tots, and fries. Got more boneless wings and fries. Kids got grilled cheese, Mac and cheese and even a cookie skillet to share for dessert. Food was typical bar/wings food and priced very reasonable. It was exactly what we wanted/expected when we came in. Great place to watch football, eat some bar food and relax. Staff were very good as well. We will be back.
