  Showed up at 9:45pm and it was closed, all lights off and nobody answered even though I could see at least 1 employee inside the building. It states that it's open until midnight but they obviously like to close early.

  I got a chili and a baked potato, I ordered it online and added all of the necessary condiments. They forgot my spoon, fork, hot sauce, crackers, salt, pepper, butter and sour cream. I also asked at the window if I could get a side of onion for my potato. He straight up told me no. I worked at Wendy’s for 2 years, this is a common ask… I tried to go into the lobby to get what they forgot and the doors were locked so I had to wait in the very long drive thru line just to get what I should’ve had in the first place. The entire process lasted about an hour before I could finally eat. Also the onion added in the chili were just giant whole slices of onion? The most inconvenient experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

  The service is trash. I watch the cook walk around and touch everything women's gloves on and didn't change them and then make my food I just threw it out the window. Seriously don't eat here

  I walked in to get lunch to watch a lady who was standing at the front being the cashier around 1230 belittling a DoorDash girl who was just trying to look at the order and see if it was what she had. They had a sitting on the counter, so it looked like it was up for grabs, and then she gives her attitude and is rude. Telling her don’t touch that. Then wouldn’t give her the time of day after. The whole staff was rude. Even the manager. This is ridiculous.

  Went to get a #1 meal, a single patty burger, fries, and a drink. Simple right? We waited for nearly 15 minutes before we got tended to despite only a single car being ahead of me. The lady did not say a word to me and attempted to give me food without paying. I reminded her and she took my phone to charge me for another persons order FOUR TIMES as much as what it was supposed to be. The lady then proceeded to freak out, cussing up a storm, the only person who had half an idea of what they were doing was a man who issued me a cash refund and told me "I thought yall left, that order was like 10 minutes ago." The lady again, did not say a single word to me from beginning to end. No words. The lady who was "cooking" i believe was audibly coughing and hocking up mucus in the kitchen where food is being made, no mask to be seen. I never leave reviews or complain but this was just next level unprofessional and unsanitary!
