  TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I usually have a good experience at this location. I went on my lunch break, sat in the drive thru line and when it was my turn, waited for someone to speak on the intercom and no one ever did. I waited about 4 minutes and figured I'd just pull up to the window and place my order but when I got there, the employee told me he never heard me saying "hello" out loud at the intercom but that he cannot take orders from the window and that I would have to pull around and wait in line again. I told him I don't have time to wait as I am on my lunch break. I told him thank you for ruining my lunch break. I then called and asked to speak to the manager who apologized and said she would 'retrain' the employee.

  People at the window was coo with me Who ever made the food shitty job Wrong meal first then still put sour cream on my damn tacos honestly feel like I wasted my money

  During my once every six months Taco Bell indulgence, I visited this west Bell County delight. I was greeted immediately by a pleasant voice and amazing attitude on the other side of the microphone. She informed me that my go-to menu item was now placed at the top of the menu and that I personally was the reason for its success, I chuckled and proceeded to the window to exchange currency for my afternoon snack. This is where I got to put a voice to a name and Phoebe was that name. I gave her gratitude for her great personality and cheerfulness, we both agreed that its much easier to have a positive outlook on life, when possible. We exchanged a smile and a "Have a great day". I hope Phoebe navigates her way through the work force and never loses that spirit. This kindness and happiness will go far and reflect on others. Taco Bell may not be her last stop on the employment train but I sure hope they see her value while she is there. Thank you TB-WA and Phoebe.
