  I took my kids for a cold treat since it’s starting to warm up outside and I ordered myself a small M&M blast and I requested the topping on it to be whipped cream and hot fudge. I specified it as toppings when I ordered through the app, but apparently they took that as a mix in so they mixed hot fudge with the ice cream, which basically turned into ice cream soup. tried to eat it, but it was impossible because of the texture, and I politely asked if they could remake it correctly Emphasizing that when I ordered it, I asked for the hot fudge to be a topping, not mixed in. The manager refused because she said it looked like too much of it had be eaten, however, when they initially brought it out the cup wasn’t even full to begin with. I only had maybe three or four bites but again it was literally ice cream soup. All I asked was for them to remake it correctly because I paid for it and the manager couldn’t accommodate. So that was a total waste of money because I couldn’t even eat it. This location is a let down every single time but this is the last time I will spend my money there. I told the car to just throw it in the trash because it was nothing but a mess.

  Never leave reviews but this is the second time i’ve gone to the sonic and had the same kind of experience employees are completely incapable of making flavored water which completely blows my mind. I had to go inside and get a seven dollar refund because they made their water incorrect with flavors. Just complete incompetence can’t believe multiple people Under one building can’t make water once again. I wish I could give zero stars, but I just won’t go back.
