  Last night I sat in the first lane for 25 minutes and nobody even acknowledged I was there. Two other cars drove off with out placing their order. The last straw was when another car pulled into the second lane and they took their order. I know the lane I was in worked because I heard the car in front of make their order. O drove off after wasting 30 minutes of my time and no one spoke to me. This mcdonald's always has exceptionally slow service and consistently has cars drive off out of frustration. The franchise has to be losing money and is in dire need of either new management or more employees. I will never go to this mcdonald's again no matter how convenient their location is.

  Longest drive through possible 30 minutes us wild. You're better off driving to the next nearest McDonald's, go home, finish eating and the same people will still be waiting in line here.

  This place sucks! They gave me the wrong order, literally made rude comments, and they didn't even seem motivated to even be there! Literally as im speaking im barfing because the food the workers prepared me gave me food poisoning. They dont even clean the place up, its like everywhere I go all I see is trash either on the ground or the counters. Mcdonalds please fire the staff and hire new staff members and if you cant even do that just close down the place.

  This store is easily the worst employees look at you and walk away. They’re all on their phones and no one tries to help you. This place is always so horrendous any time I have to come and get a DoorDash order.

  Employees are rude, not motivated to work, have bad attitudes and lack ability to provide basic customer service . Some are not in uniform, others have sagging and some have AirPods in while working. Manager who looks like he’s maybe 3 yrs older than the employees he is suppose to be managing is texting on his phone at the food prep area . All this happening while customers waiting for the orders and drive thru bells going off in the kitchen. Truly sad . The workforce they choose is just embarrassing. 2.9 stars on Google Reviews is a bit high . Should be closer to 2 .0 stars.
