  You know it really isn't asking too much to expect to just get the items you pay for..its really not. Just know that 100% of the time your order is going to be missing at least one item here at this location, if not several. Sometimes you'll even be so lucky as to get missing items plus items you do actually get being made wrong. And they really dont care.

  What is the issue at the location!? Every time the food is over cooked,dry and poorly crafted. Sad excuse for food service

  I just got back from this McDonald's and went through the drive thru. All I ordered was 2 oreo mcflurries and a hot fudge sundae. Get home to find out that my mcflurries were not mixed they had just put the oreos on top of both and nothing else. Highly disappointed

  I placed a curbside order and pulled into the numbered spot. When I put the parking spot into the app, the app froze. I restarted and was directed to go inside to get my order. Once I got inside, I stood at the counter for 30 minutes before someone came by. She wasn’t coming to help me but I flagged her down to ask about my order. She wasn’t coming clearly irritated that I had asked for help but said she’d check. She didn’t come back up and about ten minutes later I saw her walking by in the kitchen. I asked her again about my order and she said it’s almost ready. About 45 minutes after I placed my order, and 30 after walking into the McDonalds, I finally got my food. Oddly, the cheese on the burgers had already cooled and hardened and the fries were like warm. Very odd given that she said it was being made as we spoke. I’ve never stood at a store counter for a half hour and no employee came up to see if I had been helped. And keep in mind there was 10-15 employees in the kitchen, visible from the front counter, many of whom were standing around chatting. Save your money and your time. Absolutely would not recommend.   I watched 5 different orders have to get remade because they were wrong. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and both of them came out plain with nothing on them. I didn’t bother going in to tell them. There’s about 10 people working in there and I’m not sure any of them were ever trained properly. Management is clearly the issue at the store. Not the employees.
