  acknowledgment — no greeting, no “we’ll be with you,” nothing. The window was closed off and I watched multiple cars drive away because no one was being helped. After I finally drove past the window, an employee inside was joking around on the headset instead of doing their job. Completely unprofessional. This was a waste of time and easily the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve had. If you don’t want to serve customers, close the drive-thru. Trash service. Never coming back to this location.

  Not a fan. The woman taking orders was efficient. She is also the person that took my money at the first window. I didn't move to the second window for quite some time because the people in front of me were waiting for their food. The lady that took my order kept looking around the corner because of the wait. I'm sure she was trying to see what the hold up was. When I made it to the next window the man handed me my bag and asked me what I ordered to drink. Really? I parked in the parking lot to eat. The food was terrible. REALLY terrible. The fries were hot but they were dry and overcooked. The Son of a Baconator was worse. What's happening here? I will never go back.

  Usually everything is good but went through for breakfast and all the food was cold, not even barely warm. Normally the food is good for fast food and I was told that the cinnamon roll was cold but the muffins and biscuits were also cold. I have picked up food from other places and ot still be warm when I get it home this mornings didnt seem to even be warm.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would, orderd dinner and every single item was OLD AND COLD. This place SUCKS!!

  This Wendy's is disgusting! There were workers standing around meanwhile the drink machine area was gross. Also missing most drinks. Floors were covered in so much food, oil, dirt that was making them more slippery than they should be. Bathroom which was only a 1 person restroom was horrible! Food was messy, overcooked & didn't have a good taste. Wendy's was one of the best fast food. I guess days are over. Staff was nice enough I guess. We ordered nuggets and got tenders though. Tenders which were absolutely flavorless, greasy, and hard to chew.
