Whenever I get a craving I'm coming straight to this Taco Bell. While you're there say hi to Niya she is funny and an incredible employee. She'll get you your food and put a smile on your face.

The other was seven items. This Taco Bell puts mobile orders on the back burner then ignore and or blow off dashers when they are just trying to get the customers food in a timely manner. To call this place fast food is a joke. So if you are ordering door dash from this Taco Bell it will take a while to get your food. God forbid it's more than one order

They genuinely didn’t know how to take an order and made us repeat 20 times and still messed up and were holding our drinks ransom saying we didn’t pay and it wasn’t on the receipt, then handed us the receipt and it WAS ON THERE. I’m livid lol. ridiculous establishment and people.

I ordered a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla no cheese on the outside , bean burrito and a Grilled cheese burrito no cheese on the outside . By the time I had made it home and checked my order I came to realize that the cantina chicken quesadilla was a plain chicken quesadilla. My husband called and was told we could either receive a refund or come back at anytime and they would remake our room. We told them since we lived on the other side of town that we would probably come by the next day and they said that was fine and took down his name . When we tried to go get the remake the next day we were met with rude employees who refused to give us the remake and said there was nothing they could do for us being that the person from the day before hadn’t actually written our information down . They made no effort to reach out the the employee whom told us we could come the next day and get the refund nor look up the order number that we gave them to see if it was in the system they simply refused use .
