- PPPopsSep 1, 20252.0I'd asked for a water cup for my wife, and without an answer I asked "this one?" picking up a small drink cup. The cashier still hadn't clearly answered me, and as I'd been given this cup in the past. I paid and sat down. Looking at my receipt I saw she had charged me for the cup so I went back and asked "are y'all now charging for water?" The manager, now at the cash register, barked at me You got a small drink and have used it so YES". I repeated that I'd asked for a water cup and he turned and slammed the clear water cups on the side wall, and said "these are our water cups", as if I should have known. I tried to explain, I asked for a water cup and was not given the clear plastic cup nor told the cup I showed her was going to be a charge. It escalated and after sitting down then getting back up to demand my money back, it ended with his saying "you wanna take this outside?". This was witnessed by other patrons and a Walmart Security personnel. He used filthy language while we were eating, also heard by the other patrons while he and his young female worker were behind the workstation wall and the other patron was commenting how "he's always this rude and vulgar" Then he "banned" me from the store. Why will I EVER WANT TO RETURN?
