He was handling to-go orders, prepping his station, and helping dine-in customers, all while delivering excellent customer service. He even managed a very disgruntled Uber/DoorDash driver with poise and professionalism, without missing a beat. My only question for upper management is this: Where was the GM or AM to support this crew member when no one else was available? Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it protocol that when no one can cover a shift, the GM or AM is supposed to step in — not leave the entire store to a single crew member who isn’t management? Poor management is the only reason for the three stars. Juan A. himself deserves five stars for his performance and his ability to run the entire store on his own.

I called back the next day and the manager offered to send a replacement friday for lunch. I haven't heard from her yet. I order every couple weeks from them and seldom do they get it wrong. Somewhat disappointed in the response.

They were both so kind and patient with everyone even though they were slammed. In this world sadly that's a rarity and it's something to be said about that subway location. Food was great as well!

One of our sandwiches was missing 3 of the veggies requested and had the wrong sauce. There were 3 or 4 other peoples orders piled up by the register, a man waiting to order, and only one worker. Do better🙄
