What happened to original manger and his crew? Every time I come here there are only 2 females working. I wonder what happened.

My online order was missing half the veggies. I even paid extra for some of it and it’s missing. I called to speak with a manager and there was no answer. Just go to a different location and avoid this one.

Stopped by late Sunday afternoon and ordered two sandwiches to go. Juan A. was working the entire store by himself — like a beast! He was handling to-go orders, prepping his station, and helping dine-in customers, all while delivering excellent customer service. He even managed a very disgruntled Uber/DoorDash driver with poise and professionalism, without missing a beat.
My only question for upper management is this: Where was the GM or AM to support this crew member when no one else was available? Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it protocol that when no one can cover a shift, the GM or AM is supposed to step in — not leave the entire store to a single crew member who isn’t management?
Poor management is the only reason for the three stars. Juan A. himself deserves five stars for his performance and his ability to run the entire store on his own.
