  The customer service I just experienced was so bad I couldn’t not say something. I NEVER leave reviews. But I was so stunned at the way I was spoken to and treated. I made a mistake on two small drinks on my mobile order. So I pulled around to a speaker and kindly asked if they could fix since it wasn’t what I thought I had ordered. Completely my fault a me problem. I would gladly pay for new ones. The way this girl treated me and talked to me like I was stupid for making a mistake and trying to fix it was insane. Ugly behavior for someone in customer service. I was going to hand her a tip on top of my apology but she rolled her eyes and walked away before I could get the words out. Being kind is literally the bare minimum.

  Wrong order, wrong food, nasty drink and no one will answer the phone! What a joke of a restaurant they can't get a order right if it killed them. I'm just gonna drive to belton from now on. What trash.

  Two back to back orders, burgers missing ingredients, missing items in the order, missing dipping sauce. You better verify your order before leaving!

  Placed online order of chili cheese dog meal with medium cheese tots & diet Dr Pepper, 2 large cheese sticks and a lemonade. Received foot long chili cheese dog, small cheese tot, small regular tot and NO CHEESE STICKS. So we push the button and tell them we didn’t get our cheese sticks- someone literally came to our car and wanted to see our bag.. asked 3 times “there’s no cheese sticks in your box?” I literally showed the box. Imagine being called a liar from a car hop. So we wait.. dude with a man bun brings them to our car and practically threw them at my husband! Seriously done with sonic and their cold and pathetic food. This was the final straw. Done.
