Absolutely ridiculous. Pizza was soaking wet for some reason and the bottom of the box was drenched. It was completely inedible.

They arent even that busy, but deliveries get ignored and everyone is waiting at this point. Something is wrong with their work flow order and Ive been waiting over half an hour a long with four other delivery drivers for food…meanwhile the kitchen is cranking out orders for people who arent in the lobby or in the drive thru….like are they looking at the orders in the wrong order and preparing them? Ofc you cant say anything in Texas or else someone will get their feelings hurt but I really feel like this should be taken up with management…30 mins in the lobby and the kitchen is preparing pizzas for customers who arent even close to the location. And even more so they just tell the delivery drivers to wait as if those arent also valued customers to pizza hut? I see it all the time where the kitchen does not care about delivery app orders and it makes no sense to me
