  Lucky for this establishment I am not able to give 0 stars. I ordered delivery 2 pizzas cinnamon sticks and cheese sticks. One of the pizzas was to be made thin crust and light sauce, the other a two topping hand tossed. Any way after receiving my pizza, paying and tipping the driver I went inside to eat and my special pizza was made wrong. Like any normal customer I called the store to let them know hoping to get something for the pizza being made wrong and spending my money. The rude man that answered the phone heard my complaint, asked my name then said he needed to transfer me then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back several times and they kept hanging up on me they called me back and hung up when I answered. Finally got them to answer and either the same guy or another pretended to be a foreign man from corporate. This is ridiculous, all they had to do was apologize and make it right. They didn't even have to do it tonight, instead I got treated like a joke and not a paying customer. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. What a shame.

  Called to confirm a promotion. After 3 minutes on hold they would not confirm if they have the personal pan pizza promotion without first " confirming your name and information". It's a simple yes or no question.

  The past couple of times I have ordered from here the pizza has been dry. Fresh pizza, has not even been in the fridge yet and reheated, is dry. It’s to the point my child will not eat it without me buying extra sauce. Sauce is costly for a small cup when it should not be needed if I got the extra sauce I ordered on my pizzas. Sometimes I buy sauce from the grocery store knowing I will need it for pizza since it’s cheaper that way. So if the idea is that the consumer will buy more marinara sauce from them that is not always the case. I will not be going to this location again. I’ve given too many chances. Pizza is just dry with only a pink color under the cheese to show what sauce was ever there. Just a shame. Please note, the staff is always kind and polite. Reeducation may be needed or the establishment is trying to save money. Either way, I won’t be back and will be going out of my way to go to another Pizza Hut or pizza shop.

  Called first time to ask where’s my delivery but got hung up on. Tried to call to speak with a manager they put on speaker listening but not answering my call. Delivery guy shows up while I still on phone. He acts like he is dumb founded and higher than a kite. Very poor service

  I just wanted to say that the young lady that works there that's usually behind the counter is so nice and very friendly. She had for customer service skills and I've been coming in there for years and she is always working hard and has a smile. Y'all have a valuable employee for sure. I just got some bacon cheese sticks and they were delicious! I wish they would redo this store because it would definitely help with business, especially being next to the school. The parking lot really needs to be fixed as well. I put 5 stars based of service only and food. 12/9/25
